Support When You Need It – 24/7, Confidential, and Free
At Betterclean Services, we care about the wellbeing of our people. That’s why we’ve partnered with Bupa to offer all our employees access to a free, 24-hour confidential helpline through the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Whether you're facing challenges in your personal or professional life, support is just a phone call away.

†Information only services. Legal and financial specialist helplines will only provide factual information and signposting to help you make an informed decision and cannot provide regulated advice which would need to be sourced separately.
This benefit is available free of charge to all Betterclean Services employees. Your partner or spouse and any children over 16 living at home can also use the helpline for support.

What to Expect When You Call
When you reach out, you’ll speak with a qualified counsellor who will listen to your concerns and guide you through the available options. Everything you discuss remains completely confidential—Bupa will never inform Betterclean Services or anyone else that you’ve called, unless there is a risk of harm to you or someone else.
Even More Support Online
As part of this programme, you also have unlimited access to self-help tools, including factsheets, mindfulness resources, and a nutrition quiz.
At Betterclean Services, we’re committed to looking after our employees. If you ever need support, remember—help is just a phone call away
